Wine infused Nibbles – A perfect addition to a glass of Burntshirt Wine:

Meatball Skewers
Burntshirt Merlot  infused meatballs on a bamboo  skewer.

Chipotle Sausage Skewers
Smokey chipotle sausage sautéed in Burntshirt’s Apple Wine

Pesto chicken
Pesto chicken bites marinated in  Burntshirt’s unoaked Chardonnay.

Chicken salad
Fresh white meat chicken, hand tossed with mayo, dried cranberries, and walnuts

Stacked high smoked turkey, provolone cheese, lettuce and topped with a sweet cranberry chutney.

red onion and toasted pecans.  Served with an apple wine vinaigrette

A crisp bed of lettuce with bell peppers, red onions, garden cucumbers, tangy feta cheese,
And  ripe tomatoes accented with spicy pepperoncini’s and earthy Kalamata olives.
Served with a creamy Greek dressing infused with Chardonnay wine
