Our Estate White consists of stainless steel aged Vidal Blanc, Chardonnay, and Petite Manseng that has produced a refreshing, crisp taste with notes of fresh peach and pineapple. Ideal as an aperitif and pairs well with salads, fish, and chicken.

Our nod to our location in Henderson County, our Apple wine is a blend of six varieties of apples: Red Delicious, Golden Delicious, Rome, Fuji, Cripps Pink, and Granny Smith. With a fresh flavor and a lightly sweet finish, this fruit wine is delicious!

Our Rosé marries flavors of strawberry and raspberry with a touch of honey from a blend of whole cluster pressed Cabernet Sauvignon and Chambourcin.  A great sipping wine on its own, it also complements both sweet and savory dishes.

Altitude 3400 Red Blend

Altitude 3400 is our elegant blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Chambourcin with notes of cherry and plum with mild tannins that harmonize with all types of savory food from pasta to steak.  Named for the elevation of our mountaintop vineyard, this is a great red wine for enjoying with our fantastic mountain views.

Holiday Red (Seasonal)

Our Holiday Red is a bright, fruit-forward Chambourcin and Cabernet Franc blend that makes for good food pairing!

 

 

 

 

 


Lake Lure White

Our brand-new Lake Lure white blend is primarily Grüner Veltliner, with a generous addition of Traminette to soften and round out the flavor. Aromas of fresh flowers and baking spice complement rich sweet fruit notes, while low acidity make for a smooth and easy-drinking wine.

 

 

 


Rock Bottom Red

Our Chimney Rock Red Wine has a bold flavor with soaring overtones of raspberry and blueberry. Made with a blend of our Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Chambourcin varietals, this wine pairs well with casual summer cookouts or upscale small plate dinners.

 

 

 

 


Dry Rosé

This eye-catching sister to the red varietals is a dry rosé. Delicate rose petal hues balance with a bright red fruit aroma to provide zesty acidity on the palate. Made from a saignee of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Petit Verdot, then blended with small amounts of juice from Merlot, Riesling, and Traminette, this rosé is sophisticated enough to compliment a fine dinner of seafood or steak, yet versatile enough for a picnic or barbecue.

Harvest Gold
